I had been going to this dental office for years and was always happy with my experience, which is why this situation has been so disappointing. Over the past two years, I had the same tooth retreated twice after an old root canal failed. Each time, the infection came back within about 8 months. During my last visit, I was even told “I give you a lifetime warranty for this tooth.” That gave me confidence to continue treatment there.Unfortunately, after another infection and gum swelling started while I was overseas, I came back and was seen at the office. The tooth was cleaned and I was told to come back in two weeks. That turned out to be a terrible decision. My face became severely swollen up to my eye, I had to visit an eye doctor and MedExpress for antibiotics, and I lost three days of work because of it.Today, after everything I went through, I was seen for barely a minute and simply referred for extraction with no real explanation or accountability. Instead, I was told that the original root canal from years ago caused the issue.I understand that dental procedures can fail, but after two years of repeated retreatments, multiple infections, swelling episodes, emergency visits,

Brought my mother in law to see Dr. Klepsky. She was so scared to get a root canal. I assured her, he is the BEST at what he does, because he's done 8 of my root canals so I think i should know . You don't even feel when he numbs you! She was so happy and amazed how she did not feel any pain. She said she could've hung out with him all day! Not only is he really good at what he does... he's also a very personable man!

I can not say enough about this practice! From the second I walked in the door, the staff was amazing. So kind! Dr. Klepsky was an absolute joy and completely made me feel at ease! I had a root canal....he explained everything he was doing and I had no discomfort at all during the procedure. (Or after!) Top notch care!!

No one looks forward to having a root canal, but Dr. Klepsky makes it easy and virtually painless. He's also super cool, funny, and kind. I drove from one state over to go to him, and would do it again in a heartbeat if I needed more treatment. I highly recommend him.

Hands down the absolute best dental experience I have ever had, and this was for a darn root canal! 😳 His “needlework” to numb me was painless, as was the procedure, and for the record that has always been a HUGE struggle for me. Dr. Klepsky, or Derek as he prefers to be called, is super friendly and very personable and makes you feel important and valued. All those scary dental tools are behind you and out of sight, so you don’t even have to see them at all if your eyes are mostly closed during the whole thing like mine always are. Staff is nice and professional and I was given my cost after insurance a few days before my appointment. Got there about 15 minutes before my appointment time and I was out in just under an hour from my appointment time. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!
